I was wondering if there would be an issue if I replaced the 16x3" rear rim on my KZ1100A with the 17x2.50" rear rim from a KZ1000E. I haven't done any detailed measurements but the only thing that might be fitment issue is if the hub isn't as wide and I might have some spacing problems. Or if there is handling or performance issue with going to a narrower rim. I just think the taller wheel would be better looking and the lower cruise revs would be beneficial. I still have the final gear assy from the KZ1000 if that helps.
