z1 rear rim laced to kz650b hub

Im wondering what issues might arise from using a z1/h2 rear rim and lacing it to a kz650b hub. Z1 Enterprises sells new chrome rims for $87 that are the same size as the 650 wheel, both the kz650b and the z1 hub are drum brakes so I imagine the holes are drilled for nearly the same angle. Has anyone done this? otherwise a custom drilled rim is a lot more expensive.

Hi DoctoRot,
Buchanan spoke might be able to answer that. They sell rims too.
