That would be great if someone could provide a measurement. I'd also be interested in seeing if the kz305 rotor fit.

I put on thinner rotors. They're almost 1/2 the weight with the holes drilled in them. The calipers had to expand a little more but work great.

Awesome! I'm glad to see it worked out for you. Looks like that's what i'll be doing with my 200. Maybe I'll take a chance on a kz305 rotor because it's drilled too.

If you can find a caliper it might fit that rotor.

I am going to try and make the 750 system work with the 200 rotor with an adapter plate. Thanks to Bowman for the parts! I will post pics.

The piston in the caliper has probably like 1/2" potential travel. So adding a wee bit more brake fluid it should easily accomodate slightly thinner rotors. Thicker rotors though, no such luck. The only thing I'd worry about is heat dissipation, i.e. the thinner rotors might heat up too much and potentially warp/fade. On a 200 tootling around town probably not a big deal. If you weigh 300 pounds and want to burn up a track thats another matter. Lots of smarter members than me might chime in, listen to them.

Right, if it wasn't my 200 I would be hesitant to change anything about the front brake unless I knew what I was doing. For a bike that maxes out around 70 mph and is only going to cruise to the local coffee shop bike night on sunny days, I'm hoping it will be safe enough. I thought about using a drilled rotor from a 305 to dissipate some heat, but I'm starting to think the 200 pattern is unique, I don't think it will fit. Oh well,

Just a quick update. Received the brake in the mail a few days ago, thanks again to bowman. If I bolt it to the bottom fork eyelet and rotate the brake counter clockwise towards the front of the bike it is near perfect. The pad is fits on the rotor. I just need to fab a bracket to hold it exactly where the caliper is positioned in the pictures. So I was thinking, why not move the "eyelet" over. A cylinder of steel welded to a plate of steel with two holes drilled into them for the bolts. I would just need longer bolts and a nut.

Here is the 750 caliper on the 200.

Closer view showing the gap between the caliper bolt and the fork eyelet.

An axial view

Luckily the splitter will bolt right in to these holes on the lower part of the triple tree. They originally had screws with eyelets that I think held cables.

Here is a rough sketch (no measurements) of the bracket I think I will have to make. The top and front view shows the nut I would need too.

Good luck lovenutz. Hope it works out, the only thing I would say is to careful in case the fully hydraulic system hauls you up a lot faster than the cable. Don't want any unexpected stoppies.

Well I finally got it done. Took the brake to a machinists who told me it would be easier to modify the brake mount rather than make an adapter. So he cut it it off, welded on some metal, and drilled and tapped it. It almost looks stock. Hoping to test it and make any more modifications soon!
