Strange brake carrier issue?

After getting the forks powder coated I resembled them along with the wheel and rotors but a really strange problem has arisen. The rotors are touching the caliper carriers not enabeling the wheel to rotate, it's the same on both sides. It looks like I have fitted the rotors the wrong way but I have clearly not. It looks like it needs spacers behind the discs to clear them from the carriers, which is clearly wrong. Been thinking and thinking and I can't figure it out

Maybe the forks are swaped left to right. Maybe you have the wheel spacers wrong.

The disc is not warped and it's exactly the same both sides. It looks like the rotors need to be mounted tuther way but this would actually make it worse

Can you take another pic from the side view?
Calipers flip flopped maybe?
Forks flip flopped?
