Gaiters, fork tube covers

I helped a buddy put new gaiters on his Triumph bike a while ago and I really liked the way it looked.
I'm mildly toying with the idea of trying a pair on my KZ1000a... I really dislike those skinny 36mm fork tubes! LOL
I've seen them on some KZ1000P models.... looks OK.
Anyhow, does anyone sell or know of any that actually fit correctly, with not so many pleats and are not 16" long, looking like bound up gaiters on a turd motocross bike from the 70"s?
I think the numbers are 54mm lower and 36mm tube....

I wouldn't really want them on my KZ650, but they looked pretty good on my BSA. Ed

A number of 80s shaft drive models had the protective gaiters. I think they look cool on those models. To deter corrosion I'd probably put a thin coat of marine wheel bearing grease or brake caliper grease on the tubes, then install the boots.

Yes, if you are in a very dry climate, it might help keep rocks from nicking the fork tubes, but in a wetter climate, the moisture gets locked in (but not the freshness). ... seen a lot of rust under there on CL's in the Chicago area.
