Torque for 80 KZ1000E (shaft) handlebar bracket??

It has aluminum plate with 4 bolts. (not 2 clamps)

I cannot find torque specs for handlebar bracket bolts. I'll post picture

I have 2 manuals but they don't include shaft model. Torque for clamps is 16 ft lb. but mine has plate not clamps.

Just tighten to that spec. It's the same basic setup just with a bridge piece

my bikes; 80kz1000(project), 77 gl1000, 74 h2 (project)
Past; 78 kz1000, 83 kz550
