Zephyr 750 front hub width, any owners?

Any Zephyr 750 owner on the forum with a ruler/caliper?

Currently upgrading my KZ750R1 with parts salvaged from old Zephyr 750, like the swingarm and the front fork. But I am going for ZXR 400 wheels and I found my self running in to some snags fitting the front wheel.

There fore I am trying to figure out the width of the front hub of original Zephyr 750 wheels.
Does anybody feel like giving me a measure?
Its basically the measurement between the two front brake discs.




I tried the Zephyr Zone forum, but obviously the guys on that forum don't own any Zephyrs as nobody could help me out :blink:

Hey mate - Mick to the rescue. That would be 108 mm for the 750 .Lucky i had a spare front wheel in the shed.
Zephyr Zone was unhelpful - tried to join them several times but the verification didnt work so fuk it .KZ will do me just fine .

I have a bit of a problem getting zxr wheel centered when using it with the Zephyr speedo drive. If worst comes to worst i might have to switch to zr750 triple tee

Have you got a usable ZR750 front wheel or do you like the look of the 400 one better ?
Unbelievable no one on Z Zone could help or was it too much trouble for them do you think - easy thing to find out mate,
took me all of 10 seconds

Sounds like you can't judge others by this site. Maybe that's a good thing?
