Are you sure it's made in California or are just the distributors? I bought mine on eBay, didn't say MADE IN CHINA. Could have killed me. No response, still selling.

1/8"? More like 1/4". Sloppy tolerances.

You should read this gstwins.com/gsboard/index.php?topic=61735.0

You are better off to stick with a name brand like DID, RK, Tsubaki

I keep getting a forbidden message. What does it say?

Alot of issues with these chains from rusting, kinking, shredding the sprockets, and side loading.

Nope. Cheap crap made in Zhejiang, China (Mainland) (see link below). I'm not surprised it is junk. It never is a sound economic decision to buy a cheap chain because nothing you end up throwing in the trashcan prematurely can be considered cheap. High quality name brand chains are less expensive over the long run than chains that cost less up front. Ed

What's the link to the California supplier. Got some bad news for them.

It was definitely the Volar Motor Sport chain. I would not recommend this brand.
Bought a EK chain and could tell the difference right out of the box. Running smooth and straight. Thanks again KZ friends.
