1978 kz650B front master cylinder diaphragm

I've just disassembled two front master cylinders for the kz650B, and on both units the diaphragms had dissolved around the outer edge. They had turned into a very soft tar like material.

I'm guessing age, or possibly someone had topped them off with an incompatible brake fluid. This leaves me with two unusable masters, unless I can find new Diaphragms.

Anyone have an idea where I might be able to find one of these ?? By the way, these are the tapered, or triangle type masters.

If not, does anyone have a good recommendation for the aftermarket masters that are available ??

Too bad, I was going to offer you one I bought that was too small. It's rectangular. :(

These folks (see link below) say they have a reproduction diaphragm - part number 43028-1002. The diagram below shows that as the part number for the KZ650-B2 front master cylinder diaphragm. Ed

SWEET !! Thanks 650ed !!
I was sure there was absolutely no place to find them. I really appreciate this Ed !!
With the low mileage of this bike, and the great condition of the rest of the master cylinder, I was hoping to keep this original master on the bike.
