Those fin covers are Old School. Like gold nowadays if you find clean ones on eBay.
Could have been Henry Abe, Abe made the chrome "breadbox" air cleaner.
Were popular in the 70's with Honda SOHC chopper 750's. Maybe Circle One parts.
I'll show my age, I ordered a set and the Abe breadbox from a "Beck Arnley" catalog, from my local Western Auto store. It was 1977.
Don't think they were more than $25.00 for both. Then I bought a Kerker from Heblers Kawasaki dealership. Back then they were pricey, I paid $149 for a chrome one in 1977.
I don't think anyone makes them now. Maybe Jeff Saunders can contact PMI out of Japan and see if they can produce some.
They were not best thing for an air cooled engine.
Livin in "CheektaVegas, NY
Went thru 25 of these in 40 yrs.
I SOLD OUT! THE KAW BARN IS EMPTY.
More room for The Old Girl, Harley 75 FLH Electra Glide,
Old faithful! Points ign. Bendix Orig. carb.
Starts everytime!

They tended to come apart with vibration. Look like Popsicle sticks to me.

I used to want a set but I think the comment about cooling is right. On cold rides I've reached down and held my gloves against the head to warm them up. In the summer, I want all the air flow I can get.
