I've looked on the forum and google but cant seem to get a solid answer. Will the swing arm and or front wheel of a Ninja 250 swap onto the kz750 with ease? Ease meaning no cutting or welding.

No. At the very least you'll have to weld on shock mounts to both sides of the swingarm for dual shocks.

Ok, that's not too bad. Whats the best way to make sure i get the shock angle right when welding the mounts onto the swing arm?

Just measure the distance from the swingarm pivot to the lower shock mount on the stock swingarm and replicate that distance on the new one.
HOWEVER, before you do that, you need to carefully measure the swingarm pivot bolts and the width of both swingarms at the pivot. I'd bet real money that the 250 is mich smaller in both dimensions. The front wheel is likely to have the same problem in addition to brake caliper spacing problems. Even if you cure those problems, you will be stuck with some rather narrow tires and if the wheels are from an early generation Ninja, they will be non-radial, hard to find sizes with limited choices.
What is your goal here?

+1 I'm wondering why anyone would want to use suspension parts that were engineered for a 300 pound bike on a bike that weighs 500 pounds. Seems like that is asking for trouble. Ed

I just like the look of the ninja wheels. I'm not really into the spoke wheels. If it would ruin the ride quality then i wont do it. SO what are my other wheel options?

Yup. The later 750 LTDs had mags that might be bolt on. Be careful, though. Many of the later 750 LTD twins were belt drive. The wheel and sprocket carrier are the same as the chain drive models, but you would need to remove the pulley and replace it with a sprocket. Not really a big deal since you probably would have to replace a used sprocket anyway.
I am not sure that the 750 four cylinder bikes used the same wheel.
