My first post was short, sweet, and to the point. There are no "canned" swaps, every one is different, and none bolt on. Even the ones that can be installed with a bearing swap take lots of work in other areas.

In simple terms.
Acquire front end
remove steering stem from bottom clamp
Make new steering stem
Install new stem in new bottom clamp
Make/modify upper clamp to fit
Deal with handlebars/controls/gauges/etc
Fit original wheel to new front end, or;
fit new wheel to new front end.
Deal with, or possibly modify, frame due to changes in geometry caused by triple clamp offset or shorter forks.

And about 100 more things.

I have a lathe and a mill, and about 50+ years of experience, so it's not so hard for me, For you? You decide.

I totally forgot that there is a 78 (I think) KZ650 roller in my storage shed with GSXR1000 front end and rear monoshock.
It belongs to my Nephew but he told me to sell it for either $500 or $750, I forget which.

That guy with that zx front end keeps trying to trade me for a mkii motor I have that's just sitting around.
