Does anyone has a clue where to get these, or if any other brake caliper fits? :dry:

NW Vintage (see link) has the seals marked #7 in the diagram below. The ones marked 10 & 11 are going to be harder to find. Ed

Are there any alternative brake calipers which will fit the original fork/disk?

You could poke around the KZ400.com forums.
This may not be the greatest idea, but I would measure the caliper piston & the old seals to see if K&L has anything that might work (HarborFreight sells an inexpensive digital caliper). Pages 300-311 of the K&L on-line catalogue has the brake caliper stuff & a couple of the pages have measurement info for the pistons, so maybe you could figure out what might work? ...Kawasaki or Honda or whatever? K&L Supply Catalogue

Here's a quote from this topic -> kz400.createforumhosting.com/who-needs-c...er-seals-t16877.html :
See reply by Adventurekz: I have a 1977 kz400 D model. It has a 41 mm. caliper piston. I've found the seal from a 1980 CX500 Honda to be the same. The Honda part number is 43209-431-671. You can get it on-line for about $8.00 U.S. For the dust seal I've used one from a seal kit (4 pcs.) from Wilwood Brakes. The kit number is 130-4346 and goes for about $9.00 U.S.
