Thoughts on swing arm?

I am going to be starting surgery on my KZ1300 and/or the swing arm. Need advice on either narrow the swing arm? Or widen the frame? Either one if fine by me but not sure if anyone has seen a similar setup or not?

The tire and wheel is not what I am going to use other than for rough mock up.

I am new to forums in general other than just reading them. Lol. I hope the rest of it goes well mad fast. There are a few car shows I want to take it to and see what reactions I get. Should be fun!

I don't think I will ever go back to stock. It just isn't my style. Lol I even thought about making adaptor plates and not modify either the frame or swing arm but I want it to be very strong in case I ad horsepower down the road.

the wider you can keep the swingarm pivot the stronger it will be.

So as long as I build the adaptor plates beefy enough it should work our fine I think.

It does very well. As long as I can keep the new swing arm in the same height and side to side it should line up just right!
