The 16 tooth 630 sprocket will be physically larger -- significantly greater diameter -- than the stock 16 tooth 530 sprocket (see illustrations below).

(Might be too big to fit into the space afforded.)

Comparing tooth count on same diameter sprockets:

Comparing diameters with same tooth count:

Even if there's room to install the 16 tooth 630 sprocket, it will produce much taller gearing (probably way too tall) than gearing produced by the stock 16 tooth 530 sprocket.
And returning to stock gearing would require a huge diameter rear sprocket.

Good Fortune! :)

Thanks for the info! I will see if I can make it work . If not then consider it a lesson learned lol and on another note incase anyone is interested I installed the msd hei small block springs into the kz 750 advancer to replace my loose springs . huuuuuuuge improvement and very easy to install springs if u have a vice on a work bench . Idles much lower rpm without cutting off and is much smoother . Very happy with the results ! Will test further when my sprocket comes . Thanks Patton for the pictures . I atleast have a heads up on what to expect in the mail lol

Perhaps the new 630 front sprocket will be about the same diameter as the stock 16 tooth 530 front sprocket, but with less than 16 teeth.

It's the diameter of the sprocket that influences the gear ratio -- not tooth size.

Good Fortune! :)

Possibly but again my bike has a 15 tooth 530 on it right now . So even if new sprocket is same diameter as stock, it will still be an improvement given i have a 15 now and a 16 is stock to the bike .

Why are you going through such a hassle to put that big ass chain on there? Just put the right stuff on and be done with it. Looks aren't everything, bikes are supposed to function properly. The "engine mods" you say you did are hardly mods.

Might not be anything major as far as other mods on bikes go , but the change is still there . The bike runs good and looks how I picture it . Anyone can go by the book, its changing things that distinguishes your bike from the crowd . : ) Everyone has there own opinions lol

Usually people want to can the 630 in favor of a 530. That's why I am baffled. You are doing "engine mods" to increase performance, at the same time adding a big chain to decrease performance in favor of looks?

I will be honest , the 630 chain wasnt the best choice but Considering this will be my highway cruiser I think the 630 chain will do exactly what it should. As far as a bigger chain decreasing performance please explain ? I dont feel as though the bigger chain is going to really make a noticable difference because it is the sprocket sizes that influence the increase decrease in low or top end from what I know . please explain this performance difference in chain size , Have not heard anything about chain sizes influencing power .

Dude you're being a dumb a$$ that 630 chain will be about four lbs
more the the 530.
On my drag race KZ650 w/GPz 750 motor the 630 chian WILL slow it down about
a 10th of a second 1/8 mile with the same gearing.

I run a 530 and I'm thinking of going to a 520 to knock a lb or two off.

You might be correct about the 630 chain slowing it down alittle. I already searched around and couldnt really find decent priced rear sprockets just fronts for a 530 chain . I have a 14 front and 32 rear with 639 chain right now . Trying to find time to install them and test them . Thanks for the concern but Im not drag racing this bike , just cruising . I will probably buy another bike for speed and keep this one as my some what custom . thanks
