how the heck does the air filler work 16" rim

That 16" wheel was put on for a reason. That is the design. If you put a bigger wheel on it probably will not raise the bike and will look funky with a skinny tire on back.

Just get the right air chuck. I use a short air chuck and a long angled one.

You can swap out wheels but it be a quess as to which rear rotar to use.

i have the same problem on my C14. I use the chuck shown above.
