I think it's 9 1/4" between the frame rails at the pivot.

Yep just measured 2 of them right at 9.25"

I have all ready made up front tubes for the arms. I don't usually finish the bearing bores till last, after the arm is welded up. Things do tend to move around a bit during welding and by finishing that last you have less of a chance of getting a bad alignment with the bearings.

You have them made up as in I could buy one off of you? I dont think i have the capability of doing it on my own.

I make them a little long and undersize on the bearing diameter. After fully welded I set them up, square the ends and line bore the bearing holes. They are 1-3/8" diameter. I can supply you with one or install if needed. Interested, PM me.

I actually bought a stock swing arm and was gonna extend it and widen it myself but found a KOSMAN extended widened swingarm on Craigslist for only 120! Im gonna buy it so if anyone needs a swingarm I will have 2 extra. 1 is stock with bushings and swingarm bolt and the other is an extended 6 inch swingarm without bushing just bolts on if you need one to make hard tail.
