Sprocket ratio suggestions

Hi all,
I know there are numerous threads on this and I've read through lots but can't quite find the answer I need. So apologies if i'm repeating but..
My 78 currently has the standard setup of 15/33 but I’m looking to change this to make the acceleration better.
The speed limits (and the law) are stupid in Aus so going over 100MPH is definitely a BIG no no.. so I’m looking for a ratio that will give me good power/acceleration from stop but not too low that I'm changing up and down gears every second..
Any ideas on a nice useable ratio?
Also I’m keen to change over to 530 as it seems the thing to do after reading other threads. I’ll buy a DID chain on Ebay but not quite sure how many links I’ll need.

Easy, cheap and simple -- just install a 14 tooth counter-shaft sprocket, adjust drive chain slack, and go riding.

Good Fortune! :)

Im not sure but it got my 1327 down the 1/8 miles at around 6.18 115mph with no bar,and I could still ride it around town.
Topend on it would be around 120 and change, but it would get there plenty fast for me! :woohoo:

Im not sure how it compares to 630,probably a 15 front not sure about rear sprocket on 630.
It would hold frontend up the 1st 100'even with me slipping clutch really bad to try and manage it without breaking a sweat though! :woohoo:
