Finally got one of my reasonbly straight frames set up and tacked down to the table to start some surgery to get it straight enough for some fitting/fine tuning of one of the new frame brace kits before I start shipping them out.
since I had extra material laying around I decided to go ahead and make an extra large back bone for this frame before adding the rest of the brace kit.
The stock back bone is roughly 1 1/4" o.d tubing,the new version is 1 1/2" o.d tubing,i also used a piece of the old back bone to replace the spindly little tube that the rear of backbone tied into the lower back bone tubes with you can see in the picture.Hopefully monday I get time to finish welding the parts I started today,might have a complete frame with gusset kit for people to see by tues depending on my work load
