Fork Springs

Quick question. After my bike is parked, and the wheel has been turned to the side, i get back on the bike, straighten the wheel and the front end sinks down about an inch. Is this normal? Or are my springs saggy? Everyone who gets on the bike says that is abnormal...It's been that way since i got the bike. Thanks

Yeah, all suspension has "sag" built into it.
