'99 R6 front complete, GS1100 swing with R6 wheel?

'99 R6 front complete, GS1100 swing with R6 wheel?

I would like to keep the dual shock rear if possible, and from what I have read, GS1100 swingarm may do the trick. I would like to use the '99 R6 wheel(got the front and rear for $50 
) I already have which I believe is a 5.5" wheel and the GS1100 uses a 4.5" wheel.
Thoughts?
