The title of this thread is "KZ1000 braided brake lines (front). I didn't ask anyone to figure out where the fork and brakes came from, just wanted to know the part numbers for the brake lines.

Rennsport Auto Parts, an e-bay vendor is making a set of lines. Raymond called me up, asked for measurements, banjo types and orientation. Very cool. Price $80 including shipping for dual discs with three lines, connecting to the brake splitter.
