I got new brake lines....the 20 dollar jobbers on ebay...and they are cut to fit the drag bars unfortunately. If I had known that this would happen I would for sure have gotten the superbike bars. That's fine though I now know more stuff for my next bike. This whole thing is just a big learning experience. I'll try a riser out and see, otherwise I could just order a superbike bar and ask for some more brake lines for my birthday...

you will love the superbikes...either way get a set of these(see below) in whatever color you choose ,as they are the total shit...and give the whole front end a better feel...you may not notice the change at first...but after having em for a while...take em off and try riding...big difference ,for only ten ten bucks...do five or ten little things like this upgarde to a front end on thses old bikes and you got a good bike..without someone elses forks wedged on there:woohoo:

Besides! The harder they shake, the more I let go of'em!

Yeah, where are those from? I ahve found a number of them online, but usually for way too much money. I found a set on eBay for only 27:

If 1.2 inches is enough rise for me then these are mine.

I measured it tonight and I am only going to need about an inch of rise, so I got the adjustable ones so I can make a nice tight fit. I am going to have to switch my brake setup though as the master cylinder bolt is contacting the tank even at an inch of bar rise, so I will use a single banjo at the master cylinder and the double bolt at the caliper.

I used to hit the bong, and hit some other fun stuff, then I went to the hospital. I don't hit the bong anymore.
