. They attempted to do that to us here in the US also about the same time but we were too dense to comprehend it. i have no problem with it since I am Czech in origin.
The sprocket on the left is a 530 (15.875mm) pitch, and the one on the right is a 630 (19.05mm) pitch.

Just out of curiosity how did you end up with this sprocket. It seems to me that you shouldn't need to have an offset sprocket to just step down to a 530

well for me i went from a 4.25 rear wheel with a 130 tyre
to a 6.00 rear wheel with a 180 rear tyre hence the offset

went to a 530 chain and sprocket becouse im running gsx-r 02 rear end,

Because that is the only 530 sprocket with the proper inner spline that I could find, and it was the sprocket recommended by "Z1" as the one required for the conversion. The "J" motors use a Z-12 spline, unlike the older bikes which use a Z-13 spline. What I require is a replacement 17t front sprocket for a Kawasaki police bike p21-24 no one shows a sprocket of that type. JT leaves that replacement blank. They have rear sprockets but not front ones. Z1 also conveniently leaves those models out of their search engine. SunStar also conveniently skips those models, and the part# conversion for that sprocket. The ZR1100 and the ZX11-ZX14 have sprockets that have the 12 tooth spline but the dimension is .2mm larger. This would leave the sprocket loose on the shaft and destroy the shaft rather quickly.

If anyone knows of a place that has a selection of front sprockets for the 2002-2005 police bikes, this would make life much simpler.

Well guys, after extensive research, I have found the proper front sprockets. Made by "Sprocket Specialists". They make the 12t 28.5mm spline with the proper offset, 530 sprockets. They make them in 15,16,17,18 tooth. This will now make the chain / sprocket alignment much easier. Now, to see if Z1 will exchange the proper sprocket I require for the wrong one I bought from them? The sprocket I require is a 635 series, 17 & 18 tooth.

Im glad u found 1.
as for rear shims i'm sure ive seen them too. possibly on Z1E, American Classics, or Klasmo?
most guys that add big tires have to go the other way. we have to mill the hub to bring the sprocket closer to the tire.
i do all I can to measure each side of the axle to a equal fixed point (swing arm pivot)to align the rear axle. then i put a straight edge on the front sprocket, and run it back to the rear sprocket.then the shimming , or milling begins.
but if u add a dif arm and swingarm, u must align the rear wheel with the front wheel, and then shim the rear rim , before u worry about the sprockets.that is a lot of fun. NOT.
