The purple bike is a b2 it has an A motor has mine does all I'm saying is the spoke and the mag uses a differant caliper. He found his problem already ..

stamped rear footpeg brackets on frame were only on 77-78 A seies bikes,b series used the old water pipe brackets like z1 and kz 900.no big deal,just a little detail ive picked upon in last 30 years :laugh:

Still recovering,some days are better than others.

I'm sure your right but its on ebay listed as a B. So A models came with mags??I see what you mean I started to cut those brks. off my bike as I don't ride passengers,. 30 years you must be old like me Bro. I'm 51

somebody swapped the mags on there and the ltd style clutch cover and other odds and ends B)got my 1st basketcase z1 in 79,been around them since 74-75 B)

Still recovering,some days are better than others.
