Gonna swap the whole front of my bike to a zx600, it is off a 1994. What all is involved? I am getting the master cylinder for the zx as well.
Watch it folks,i have sticky fingers when it comes to a nice looking set of handle bars:)

Hard to say. What kind of bike are you planning to put the front end on.

I believe the 94 should swap over directly, bearing and all. I had a early 90s 600c model and it would slide right in. I also had a 95-97 600r that was a little different and needed to have the stems swapped in the lower triple to work. Have fun shouldn't be too difficult.
