Congrats!
You are a few steps ahead of me - I have the ZR front end, but also acquired the other parts for the mod such as the swingarm, then I want to get on the project and finish it up... my busy season is right ahead of me, so it may drag out a bit.

Would like to share in the fitment of the ZR - bearings size...

Are you doing anything to the rear? I have a GS swingarm ready for mine.

As usual Steel has a point there. Turning radius may become rediculous as it is in mine with a GSXR USD front and GSXR swing. Radisu becomes bigger due to fatter fork tubes and smaller off-set on tripples. But this is only inconvenient; makes handling on parkin lots, carage more intrestingOthewise swapping is not too difficult, making all brackets and fitting all needed parts is the issue.
I agree with Z1109r. The smaller turning radius is only an inconvenience at times. No big deal. The bike handles much better with less rake.
