83 KZ550 LTD can’t get new lights to work.

I got new turn signals and hooked them up. When I turn on the power the front light up but the rear do not. When I switch on a the blinker the corresponding rear turn signal will light up and stay on. When I plug in the old turn signals they work just fine. I’m not sure where the issue is coming from.

Looks like you get LED rear lights. LED Need the right +/- polarity to work properly. Try to Switch the connectors.

Also, you may need to get an electronic turn signal flasher & hazard flasher. Autozone & other places carry Novita flashers & they fit the same as the stock thermal flashers. Novita = Made in USA.
