So I have two functioning horns and a button doing Nothing. My wiring is slightly modified just as bike but all Basic functions and wiring/color cables the same.

Is there a relay involved? What type of circuit do the horns run on, plus/minus on/off or current on and earth added? I have some kind of unconnected relay behind the battery with three pins.

When I bridge the button contact Nothing happens so have to start measuring...

The horn button completes the ground to the horn. Power comes from the brown wire.

I added a second horn (LOUD) with a relay to my KZ650-C1 while keeping the original horn and the original wiring. Below is the diagram I made to document the change, it may be helpful. Ed

Cool so now you have a three part harmony! I'm thinking of switching to something more powerful too. My originals have 12V
and sound a bit when grounded but its not much so some more Dbs is definitely on the table...

I have duel horns I got at HF. The relay is powered by the horn circuit and the horns get their power from the harness. Ground from the frame.

The horn I added is a FIAMM 72112 Freeway Blaster Horn (Low Tone - F). It's tucked up near the steering stem, so it is not visible with the fuel tank in place. Below is a comparison of the stock horn vs. both horns. Ed

YUP. The relay takes the power directly from the battery for the horns. Not bad for less than $10.
