Can you identify a couple of things on diagram?

What is at the red arrow? is that a ground ring?
What color is at the green arrow? Is it black?

Yes it is the ground ring.

What color is at the green arrow? Is it black?
No, it is gray.

On the wiring diagram should be a color code chart

I got the image from this website. No color code chart.
Even worse I purchased a copied FSM that is in black and white! It's like being color blind

I could be wrong but i think that signifys where the wire is riveted to the ground washer for the turn signal inside the headlight shell.
