8 Pin Terminal Type was created by diego092409
I believe I have finally come up with a clean looking and simple way of install a replacement fuse box from Cycleterminal.com. I would like to change the female 8-pin housing that connects the fuse box to the rest of the harness. Does anyone know which brand Kawasaki used? Sumitomo or yakazi? Cycle Terminal has both brands for sale.

From the cycleterminal images & partzilla/eebbaayy photos of the 1100B fuse box, it appears to be a Sumitomo.
If you replace both halves of the connector, then you could get either one, but I would keep it near to stock.
I would replace both halves as the old connector could crumble. my voltage regulator connector crumbled.
ps: cycleterminal has a terminal pin removal tool set that's very handy to have. with the white handles. It's a nice set. Also, if you have to do some crimping, i would get an open barrel crimper & do some proper crimps. the crimps are very strong. I already had a HF ratcheting crimper, but the crimp dies were wrong, so I got a new set of dies off of amazon.com.

I have the open barrel crimper. I had tried another fuse block that wasn't as handy or compact that I reused the female half from. I might just get both halves. I am trying to look like it grew there an not be a hodgepodge of the cheap barrel connectors like you get at autozone.
Thanks for the insight.

No eBay APP ID and/or Cert ID defined in Kunena configurationThat latching 6.3mm 8 block looks fine for the charging and ignition switch to fusebox and battery circuits. I don't see any current rating listed, you want up to 30A , one or more pins could be doubled up if necessary.
