The big issue is now the bike doesn't run. The numpty that did the safety left my key in the right position and killed the battery. We boosted it and got it running but it backfired hard. Started to ride away and got all the way across the parking lot before it sputtered and died. Long story short, my left two cylinders aren't getting spark and my right two are. I know nothing about points ignitions but when I lifted the cover, everything was clean and shiny.
Everything ran like a top this morning, now I don't know where to start. I did clean the connectors under the tank and put some dilectric grease in there

Horn - bad ground when I put the handlebar control back together
Brake Light - Guy must not have been pressing all the way down on the rear brake, thus not engaging the stop lamp
Not running/only getting power out of half the coils
- Idiots at crappy tire flooded my engine and wet fouled my spark plugs. Put a spare set in last night when I couldn't find any other reason for the problem.
My only concern now is what caused the wet fouling of my plugs, user error or a problem in my carbs...

That one bit me too: swapped chrome bars for a painted set and the horn stopped working. I took the area under the switch assembly down to bare metal and all is well.

..
If you need to you can easily adjust the sensitivity of the brake light switch by bending either end the little spring that connects the switch to the pedal. Ed
