Take a look in your Kawasaki Service Manual. You will find the battery listed as a Furukawa FB 12A-A (12V 12AH). Ed

Or try one of the new lithium ones. Smaller.

I'm really liking this forum. I have owned my 1983 KZ750 L3 since 1988 and I have never even SPOKEN to anyone who has owned another, or anything close.
