Weak spark with new ign. parts

1979 KZ750B4, new points, condensor, and coil, all genuine Kawasaki. Same weak spark I had before new parts. Everything is gapped correctly. Spark plugs are NGK B6ES. Battery is good.

At a test of 125 amps, it reads 8 volts. Pretty sure it's a bit much for a bike battery to be pushing, but if there's some way to estimate what it would be based on that?

How do you know what the spark is suppose to look like from your bike?
When I check mine...with lights on I can just see a strike. With lights off much brighter .
Don't expect a big fat strike

Today it looks better in the dark than yesterday. Waiting on a new fuel petcock to see if everything is in order for it to run.
