I think there were some cop bikes where the front "turn signal" lights were red because on ebay they were selling the red lenses that fit the standard dual filament lamps. I thought about buying the lenses to use my rear turn sigs as brake lights/running lights which legally requires using red lenses. I ended up going cheap and just painting the rear amber lenses red, so now my rears are tail light/brake light/turn signals..
Around here, the cop bikes had both red and blue lights in the front, not dead sure which color was where.

I finished removing the lights on the radio box so at this point the bike is as it come from the factory.
I'll be putting new tires and brake pads on and flushing the brake fluid within the next couple of weeks and the bike will be ready to ride.
