Yes you could make your own, maybe look up one of loudvx's (sc) wiring diagrams.

Still recovering, some days are better than others.

The best set up's like this have a removable cover, somewhat protecting the terminals and relay(s).

No eBay APP ID and/or Cert ID defined in Kunena configurationNo eBay APP ID and/or Cert ID defined in Kunena configurationYou know your electrics ate fcked, but don't know where to start. Unless you can identify the problem you won't easily find a solution.
The wiring pic looks pretty amatuerish to me, those non insulated crimps are great under a car dashboard but not really anything as durable as your stock wiring . Moisture ingress and vibration are what causes most problems on old bike electrics.
These Hitachi latched mini block connectors are oem, using the correct crimper you can do a quality job that looks original too.
The other type of auto electric block connectors are bigger and don't seem to have the precise fit of the hitachi mini blocks.
Get a colour wiring diagram and look at the seperate circuits going through the fusebox, one at a time. Think of it like looking at a map of london Underground, If I'm going from Baker St to Westminster I'm not remotely interested what is happening on any of the other 14 lines, just the Bakerloo line I'm travelling on. I'm not even bothered about delays or cancelations on that line, just the three stops I'm travelling.

Thinking of a wiring diagram like this and being able to break it down into smaller sections is the way to go.

If I need to use those cheap connectors, I solder them. Bound to fail at the wrong time.

Those insulated crimps are used everywhere by the million in domestic and commercial wiring and control panels, nothing wrong with them at all, particularly if the right die crimper is used, just not best suited to the hostile environment of a motorcycle wiring loom.
Personally i think a crimp like on oem looms is better than a soldered joint. Done it both ways, Being able now to source the original Hitachi connectors makes everything loads easier, quicker and neater now.
OP if you can be more detailed in what exactly is wrong - dim lights, blowing fuses, things not working, battery going flat etc etc you can then better work out how to approach the problem.

wired in relay mod not helping now more confused..i had this running now in a stumped way..not ready to give in but definite about upset..thanks..

I'd remove the ignition relay, it isn't really necessary and if you have a problem there then just replace the wires and/or block connector.
You should have a live to each of the coils when ignition is on,
Remake fried black/yellow -ve ground wire to suitable frame earth. Your fuses should have prevented any wires melting, meaning the live feed was unfused (bad)
