I took a video of what's happening when I press the start button on my 1982 gpz 750. The battery just came off the charger when I took this video

This is my take:
First, I am am making the assumption that all connections are clean and secure. This includes the battery to ground, battery to solenoid, solenoid to starter motor.
The solenoid is good or the starter would not be rotating.
Sounds to me like you need to rebuild your starter. It is a pretty simple task, assuming the bushings are good. Get some brushes, clean the armature, install the brushes, reassemble the starter.

#21039?

Yes, that would be a complete rebuild kit. Be sure and clean and lube the bushing inside the cap (the part that bolt 110 fits into).
BB, btw, is probably the most expensive place to buy it. I would go to another KZRider recommended site for purchasing.
