Ok. Thx. I m a bit thrown because I didn't see any gray, green or blue wires in that area. I'll keep tinkering. Thx for your help.

Take a close look at the wiring diagram. You'll see the grey wire from the right turn signal and the green wire from the left turn signal have connections at the left handlebar control. That is where the turn signal thumb switch is. From there down to the turn signal relay the circuit is orange. That orange circuit provides power to the handlebar switch and the turn signal thumb switch then connects that power to either the left or right blinker filament in the turn signal bulbs depending on whether the switch is in the left, right, or off position. You'll notice that the turn signal relay at the other end of that orange circuit receives its power through a brown wire which is fed from a orange/green wire that comes from the ignition switch. So if you find the turn signal relay on your bike it should be connected to an orange wire and a brown wire. Ed

So the problem was the blinker relay. Duh. I still have a couple wires that don't go anywhere. Must be unnecessary or for additional accessories?

What color are the unused wires? Kawasaki usually has a small fuse block if you are going to have heated grips, or vest, so see if there's a fuse block separate from the main one.

All blinkers now work as do the indicators on the dash. There is a green and grey unused female ended wires that are in the main harness headed to the rear of the bike. I don't see them plugging into anything nor running anything. Unless there is something on the dash I'm missing.

The green and grey wires headed toward the rear of the bike would be the original rear blinker circuits (see diagram below). Since your rear blinkers are working, the previous owner must have bypassed those wires and ran his own in their place. Ed

Ok. All is working now with two unused wires. Blinkers on dash are lighting up too.
