Headlight stopped working

I have an 81 Kz440 ltd that I purchased recently this is my first bike and im slowly trying to turn it into a cafe bike. Earlier today I was tinkering around and decided to delete my blinkers back ones came off fine but the fronts I had to cut but when I turned the key back on the headlight stopped working I looked into it and it doesnt look like its burnt out. So I need another opinion on this.

Find your fuse block/box, most fuses are in a plastic enclosure, one or more of the glass tubes fuses may be bad. Most auto parts stores can get you the AGX size fuse. I'd imagine 10 amp will be the size.

The next step will require the use of a multimeter to check the voltage at the headlight electrical connector. There are three(3) prongs, one is the ground(Black with yellow stripe) the others are high, and low beam. If you get voltage at the prongs, the headlight may have burned out.

Hacksawing off turn signals, while certainly creative, is not necessary to remove them as they are not actually welded onto the bike. So sawing through the wiring, if that's what you did, may have contributed to your electrical problems. A starting point may be to take a look at any wires you chopped off to see where they run and what they were connected to before you cut them. Ed

On the front turn signals only the negative wire comes off but the positive wire is impossible to get to so I had to cut it. Also both front blinkers are wired to the headlight long with everything else but I half ass wired them back up and got all blinkers working again and headlight still didnt work

probably lost the ground when you removed the front turnsignals

The front turn signal (+) wires probably have bullet connectors inside the headlight bucket.

Martin_csr is exactly right. There are connectors inside the headlight housing that go to the turn signals. The parking light wires are grey on one side and green on the other (I can't remember which is which). then there are turn signal wires that ate a light blue and another color on each side. When you cut the wires, you most likely caused a short and blew a fuse. Unplug these wires inside the headlight housing and replace the fuse. I'll bet the headlight will work again.

RED with BLACK stripe, High Beam.
RED with YELLOW stripe, Low Beam.
BLACK with YELLOW stripe, the ground circuit.

BRAKE/TAIL LIGHT Can be an # 1157 dual filament bulb
RED, Running or Tail Light.
BLUE,(sometimes with a Red stripe) Brake Light Circuit.
BLACK with YELLOW stripe, the ground circuit.

LEFT FRONT TURN SIGNAL Can be an #1157 dual filament bulb
GREEN, Left front turn signal circuit.
BLUE, Left front running light circuit.

GREY, Right front turn signal circuit.
BLUE, Right front running light circuit.

ok i seem to be having a hard time locating the fuse box all i can find is somthing like this

but it dosnt open, unless there is another fuse box im missing

That looks like it. There should be 3 glass fuses inside it.

ok so its not exactly that but its a black box that looks like that but has no way to open

You Factory Service Manual for your Bike. It will show you a lot of info, including where fuses are located and the correct amperage rating for each one.
