It's entirely possible that your fuse box has been swapped out.
To figure out what's what, check out the diagrams at Kawasaki.com. ebbaayy photos are often times helpful.
The fuse box for my 81 650 has FUSE BOX embossed on the cover of it. Inside, there's more informational embossing, such as the fuse size, purpose, & wiring colors.
