Dyna Coil installation

Anyone have any pictures of a Dyna coil installation? Was it hard? Since I've read that Accel coils can be installed using the same mounts as the OEM parts, what do I have to do for the Dyna's (since I just got them and so its too late for the Accels)?

The installation on my bike was easy. I put in 3ohm Dynas a few months ago. I over analyzed and researched The coils and install like I do with everything. And it turned out to be simple. I bugged Wiredgeorge and Jeff asking questions (by the way, thanks again for the help guys) and traded e-mail with someone at Dynatech till I had enough info to keep me satisfied. They mount with the same hardwear your factory coils use, you just need to have the towers facing forward. I had a resistor to bypass, dont know if yours is the same set up, but that was basicly it, ran some new primary wire. If you do a search for Dyna Coils in the archives you'll find a ton of threads with helpfull info and pics.

Resistor to bypass? I'll have to do some research on that. Over analysis is not a bad thing. Don't sell it short (I'm still curious about the damage that I may have done by not grounding my plug wires when I checked my compression).

Accel coils are a pain in the a## to put in. You have to make the mounts yourself. Go with the Dyna's.

Here is an additional pic from my install. I was a little paranoid with the aluminum spacer that sits right in front of the bottom terminal. So I made a plastic one so there is no risk of an arc happening under the fuel tank.

Thanks to all of you. These pictures will be real helpful. At least, I can see how it needs to be doen. Dyna coils sitting in the box look a little intimidating.
