If the wires are behind the sprocket cover, they may be for the neutral switch, oil pressure switch,or side stand switch. The alternator wiring should be three (3) yellow wires going from the rubber grommet on the alternator cover.

3rd pic down on left looks like the fairing electrical plug
4th looks like a flasher relay possibly, book will tell you.
The rest you'll prob have to hunt down with a manual. Seems most of your color codes are still there.

LOL Perfect I looked at a 90 side stand switch ion ebay and that's exactly the connector it has on it. Thanks MFolks and OldSchoolz for coming to the rescue.
Now just a question the bike would still start without this switch wouldn't it??

OldSchoolZ wrote: On the clutch switch, follow the wires where the plug into the harness, simply plug the 2 harness wires together to bypass the clutch switch. Remember though, if you have it in gear and forget and dont pull the clutch, it will crank and possible fall over (hence the need for a clutch switch)
So without the clutch switch in, the bike wont crank?? (All before I bypass it of-coarse)
That does make a lot of sense especially I tried to crack it last night just to check my progress and got nothing lol :woohoo:

The small switch is usually built into the clutch mount(perch), so a plunger pops out when the clutch lever is squeezed, letting the starter circuit work.
