i'm pretty sure noone knows the speedo ratio kz100

someone has told me on here that the ratio is a 4:1 and i've found that here

the guy says it's a 1.5:1.

so i'm starting to wonder if anyone really knows the original speedo ratio. so i was wondering if someone can let me know what ratio they have used on their aftermarket speedometer so i can actually buy one.

i was having same issue.. i cant help with your exact numbers, but i orderede my gauges from dime city cycles and they gave me the correct ratios for my tach and speedo..

at least they'd probabaly answer the question for you if you emailed them.

was the ratio you got for your 440 in your signature? if it was could you tell me what it was? they havent answered me and i asked a few days ago. so i figure maybe i could just run the same one and hope that it's close enough. thats better than trying out ALL of the ratios and multiple speedometers. which could be costly.

my tach ration was 1:5 (maybe 5:1) they said that all of their speedos would work on my bike..

i've hooked them up, but i havent run the bike with them on yet becuase i've been dinkin around with the gas tank.. i'll prob get it working again this weekend and run it and i'll hopfully have more info then..
