If you do not disconnect coils, do you still see fluctuation in ohm meter? WHen I leave mine hooked up, I have constant connectivity.

I don't know why, but it can be very flakey with the coils connected, that's why I made the note in my procedure to disconnect them while doing the continuity bit. Once you've adjusted everything and hooked the coils back up it should run fine. Ed
