Hopefully the mirror uses convex glass. (Objects are closer than they appear). If not, no need to bother with them as they are worthless. I can't believe how many aftermarket mirrors are not convex! Garbage.

hmmm... not convex. I'm not entirely sure that would solve it alone, but it might be worth trying.

For this application the mount points were not at an 90* angle which on these mirrors they are. You will have to "twist" the long leg of the rod. You can see the angle in this picture.

Your pic isn't showing up, but I'd love to see it.

Nope, tried another browser, no dice. When I try to view the image directly at www.kawasakimotorcycle.org/forum/attachm...05-s-momo305-001.jpg

I'm told I have to log in to see it. Must be password protected.

When you say I have "twist" the long leg of the arm, how exactly would I do that? What kind of tool do I need to bend that sucker?

Just to confirm, the stem rotates in the threaded perch, and is held in position by tightening the lock nut.
The stem should not be threaded completely in the perch until it bottoms out.
This is the A adjustment. (See image below.)

The B swivel adjustment of mirror itself should probably be centered while making the perch rotational adjustment to get rear sight line as close as possible with the rotational adjustment at perch.

Then last, fine tune with the mirror's swivel adjustment.

Good Fortune! :)

I'm still looking for some mirror suggestions if anyone has them. Specifically, if you've got mirrors in the original mounts on the swept back handle bars I'd love to see some pics of them so I'll know what to look for in replacements.

Thanks!
