Still recovering,some days are better than others.

pull your valve cover off and count the cam sprocket teeth,if it is a mkII motor or atleast has big pin crank anyway it will have 32 teeth on cam sprocket.
if its a 79 ltd motor it will probably have 30 teeth due to smaller crank pin
