Taillight dimensions???

I found some really cool LED taillights for the newer model sportbikes that are also integrated turn signals. The turn signal side turns yellow while the other side stays red.

Does anyone know how wide any of the newer taillights are? Even H*nda's or whatever you know. I really like the looks of the ZX6 and the ZX9 and the ZX7 looks like it might fit. I have a square style MKII tail so I just want to make sure it will fit inside it. I've sent email questions to several manufacturers and have not received one response!

Just measured at 8 inches wide, 3 inches in height.

Thanks for measuring for me. I think it's too wide for my tail section, but I'll double check. That looks really good on your bike!

Just double checked and the tail is only about 6" wide inside. This is what I'd love to adapt, but I'm afraid it's probably too wide:

I received a response today from "extreme_discount_cycle" about a yamaha FZR taillight that I had asked about. Their answer?
"Same as the stock light":blink: Gee thanks, that really helps. My response was "what size is the stock light"? We'll see if they bother to answer.
