Does anyone know what the air/mix screw settings are? Im going to sync these carbs but there are only 2 ports that i see. Two coming off of the carbs boots on carb #1 and #4. Is this right? where are the carb sync screws located? these are the TK or KT carbs non CV.

Thank you
Tony

The air mixture screws are on the sides of the non-cv Tekei carbs. They should be set to about 1.5 turns out from lightly seated. There should be vacuum ports on each carb holder and the sync screws/locknuts are under the carb tops.

There is also one extra port on the #4 carb body for the vacuum petcock. Don't use that one. Use the 4 on the carb holders as WG said. Two will be pointed up and two will be pointed downward. There may be two vacuum hoses attached to the upward ones for emissions. You can pull them off for the syncing. You'll get some backfiring if you leave them off while riding.

The petcock vacuum port on carb #4, Should it be left hooked up to the petcock or free to vent to atmosphere while syncing? Im having a hard time bringing the vacuum level on carb #4 in-line with the other three carbs

It must be hooked up to the petcock or capped. Do not leave it open.
