Just wanted to update on a previous post...
I was able to find a replacement O-Ring for the plastic cap that fits over the pilot jet. I got them from NAPA for $0.63 a piece. NAPA Part #727-2006. Just ask at the counter; they had a huge assortment of them in the back. These are the nitrile rubber that are fuel resistant. They fit perfectly, and are much better than the $8 a piece at the dealer. Note: These fit the Keihin carbs on my KZ440, but I would imagine this would be a good source for many other bikes as well.
