Sometimes when I leave my 750 B4 sit for a few days, I go to start it up and it only runs on the left cyl. No gas visable in right inline filter. When I disconnect the hose from the inline filter(petcock side), gas runs out and I quickly hook the hose back up to the filter. It fills the filter and runs fine.
Is it vapor locking or something? I cleaned the vent hole in the gas cap the best I could. It's like I am purging or something.:pinch:

Does your petcock have on/off/res or on/pri/res?

If you have hoses connected to the vent tubes, make sure they are clear and not kinked and if it still happens, try opening your gas cap to see if gas starts flowing. If the tank vent (in cap) is partially obstructed, opening the cap will allow you to pinpoint the problem to the cap. Gas will start flowing freely if the vents are plugged and you open the cap. Could be minor vaccum lock.

Thanks george.
I opened the gas cap and nothing happened. I don't have hoses connected to the vent tubes so I wonder if the vent tube it self is clogged. Would it still run if so?
